Jim Selken has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 working extensively throughout Chester and Montgomery Counties and Manayunk. Jim has spent the majority of his life in Southeastern Pennsylvania growing up in Wilmington, DE and eventually moving to Chester County where he resides today.

Along with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Speech Communication and Constitutional Law from Capital University in Columbus, OH, Jim has over 20 years of experience in Public Relations and Marketing.  Jim's client list over the years has included many major automotive chemical companies and several professional auto racing teams and drivers.  This experience has prepared Jim for a successful transition to Commercial Real Estate.

In addition, Jim was selected to be a member of the 2011 PAR Legislative Committee and also served on the 2009-2010 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Legislative Committee and is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
